Application / Property Review

After you complete the FREE Airbnb Valuation form, we’ll take a quick look at your property and do a bit of research behind the scenes. This helps us give you a realistic monthly income estimate based on your property and area.

Once that’s done, we’ll reach out with your earnings estimate and look to book a property viewing with you as soon as you're available.

Viewing & Agreement

After we’ve visited your property and both sides are happy to move forward, we’ll send over our management agreement. This outlines how we work, our fees, and any improvements we might suggest — which we can handle for you if agreed in advance.

We like to keep things straightforward and flexible, and we’re always open to feedback or suggestions from landlords.

Signed Agreement & Getting Started

Once the contract is signed and you're happy to go ahead, we’ll begin the onboarding process. This includes collecting all the key info about your property, setting everything up to perform well on short-term rental platforms, and ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.

Once everything’s ready, we’ll launch the listing and start securing bookings for your property.
