Serviced Accommodation for Booking Agencies and Travel Partners

Eason Stays works with travel management companies, relocation agents, insurance and claims handlers, contractor accommodation bookers and international travel agencies who need whole homes rather than hotel rooms. We manage serviced homes and apartments across Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Yorkshire, the Midlands and the Suffolk coast, and you deal with one team from enquiry to check-out.

Have a booking now? Email team@easonproperty.com or call +44 161 524 9717 with the dates, number of guests, locations and budget, and we will come back with options and prices.

Where our homes are

Greater Manchester, Liverpool and Merseyside, Warrington and St Helens, Lancashire, Sheffield, Derby and Derbyshire, Wakefield, Goole, Birmingham and Lowestoft and Suffolk. See all locations.

Partner rates and terms

Rates, commission or net pricing, payment terms and cancellation terms are agreed with each partner before the first booking, so you know exactly what you and your client will pay. Our standard booking terms apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

When we are fully booked

If our own homes are full on your dates, or you need more beds than we have in one area, we will try to source suitable homes from other local hosts. We tell you up front when a home is managed by another host, and confirm the price, the terms and who your contact will be before anything is booked.

How it works

  1. Send your request: dates, number of guests and bedrooms, locations, budget, and any must-haves such as parking, cots or ground-floor access.
  2. Get options: we send suitable homes with prices, from our own homes first.
  3. Confirm: you choose and we book. Guests receive check-in instructions and a guest guide for their home before arrival.
  4. During the stay: we handle guest questions and any issues, and keep you updated on anything you need to know.

Questions from agencies

What is the minimum stay?

Minimum stays vary by home and by date. Send us the dates and we will check what is available.

Can you house large groups or work crews?

Yes. Our largest homes sleep up to 12, and we can book several homes in the same area. If we do not have enough beds, we will try to source more from other local hosts.

Do you accept bookings from agencies outside the UK?

Yes. We quote in pounds sterling and work by email, so time zones are not a problem. Your guests may find our guide for international guests useful.

Can guests book direct themselves?

Yes. Any guest can book our homes with live prices on our booking site.

Do you work with insurance and relocation companies?

Yes. You can also use our dedicated insurance accommodation, relocation accommodation and corporate accommodation enquiry forms.
