3. Onboarding Completion
When you're happy to proceed and the paperwork’s complete, we’ll get started by gathering all the key information about your property. This includes completing our property information survey and carrying out inventory checks to ensure nothing is missed. We’ll then set everything up for success on platforms like Airbnb, while also taking care of any compliance requirements.
Once everything’s ready, we’ll launch the listing and start securing bookings for your property.

Can I use the property myself when needed?
Absolutely. If you’d like to block off dates for personal use, just let us know — we’ll reserve the property accordingly.
How do you report performance to me?
We send a monthly payout report breaking down your income, expenses, and bookings. You’ll always know how your property is performing and what you’re being paid.
How long is the management contract?
We offer flexible agreements. Some clients prefer rolling monthly terms, while others opt for 6–12 month commitments for peace of mind. We’ll discuss what works best for you during onboarding.
How do I get started?
We begin with a free consultation and property valuation. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you our onboarding form and contract. Once signed, we handle everything from setup to launch.
