Once you submit your Free Holiday Let Estimation form, we’ll take a brief look at your property and local market. From there, we’ll share a ballpark figure of what your place could potentially generate through short-term letting.
Once that’s done, we’ll reach out with your earnings estimate and look to book a property viewing with you as soon as you're available.
2. Property Viewing
After we’ve visited your property and both sides are happy to move forward, we’ll send over our management agreement. This outlines how we work, our fees, and any improvements we might suggest — which we can handle for you if agreed in advance.
We like to keep things straightforward and flexible, and we’re always open to feedback or suggestions from landlords.
3. Onboarding Completion
When you're happy to proceed and the paperwork’s complete, we’ll get started by gathering all the key information about your property. This includes completing our property information survey and carrying out inventory checks to ensure nothing is missed. We’ll then set everything up for success on platforms, while also taking care of any compliance requirements.
Once everything’s ready, we’ll launch the listing and start securing bookings for your property.

No. Eason Stays handles all tenant placement, guest bookings, cleaning, maintenance, and communication. You won’t need to lift a finger — we take care of the entire process from start to finish.
What types of properties do you accept?
We work with houses and apartments, usually between 1 and 5 bedrooms, that are in good condition and located in areas with strong rental or short-term let demand. If your property needs light improvement to qualify, we’ll advise you on what’s needed.
